“What stood out to me about Own Your Health was Paige's voice, and her presence while presenting. The coaching style is great, and I am glad I am a member of the Brunswick gym. I always know that I will be pushed to my limit. and that there is a lot of room to grow.

I initially decided to join because, after being a member of the Brunswick gym for almost (now) 2 years, I was in need of my next step. I never jump all in; I know that I need to make little changes a little at a time. I was ready for the next set of changes, hoping that something would stick.

I knew before that going to the gym was important and that I should make the time. After listening to the digital course, I now believe that I am important and ensure that I go to the gym. I have also cut way back on sugar intake, or processed sugar, eating more fruit to get sugar.

Own Your Health is a great stepping stone for everyone. It meets you where you are and elevates you from there. I believe that in a year to 18 months I may want to retake, to continue to improve on what I know, what I got out of this session. Just because there is room to grow and improve always.”
