Our training program gets you in and out and on with your life with just three training sessions per week. We combine all aspects of healthy living to help you get great results fast: a positive mindset, solid nutrition guidance, and functional exercise so that you are looking and feeling great from the inside out.

At Wilcox Wellness & Fitness we help people live their lives to the very fullest. What does it mean to you to live your life to the fullest? What would you do if you had energy that lasted all day? Our mission is to help people enhance their life by forming healthy habits they can sustain for a lifetime. We believe that when you commit to healthy living, everything else falls into place and life is much more fun. The ripple effect that comes from healthy living is enough to change your life, your family, and your community. Every time you come to our facility you are working with a personal trainer and they take care of everything for you. No more getting to the gym and not knowing what to do. The training sessions are different every single time to keep it exciting, motivating, and to keep the results coming. In our group training program, we have over 90 sessions to choose from on a weekly basis and you only need to enroll one hour in advance.  

This training program is perfect for you if:

You have joined gyms in the past... What makes us different:

  • Results. Unlike traditional gyms, each time you train with us you will be working with a certified personal trainer who has designed a workout to get you great results quickly. All you have to do is show up and the trainers take care of the rest. 
  • Efficiency. When you are working with certified personal trainers doing the right compound movements you can ‘get it done’ in just 3 – 30 minute training sessions weekly. Life is meant to be lived outside the gym. The gym will prepare you to enjoy life to its fullest.
  • Variety. Training sessions are different every single time which keeps you progressing towards your goals and keeps things fresh, exciting, and interesting. 
  • Form. Our focus on form and coaching. Keeping you in proper form is our #1 priority which decreases the risk of injury and keeps you progressing toward your fitness goals. We know that when you focus on the right habits you will get massive results. That’s why we don’t get hung up on weight checks, measurements, or counting calories. Also – you won’t find any mirrors in our facility. The trainers are your mirrors ensuring you are in proper form.
