For the first 4 weeks of your program, we are working on laying a rock-solid foundation.  We will take you step-by-step through the process of getting set up for success in your new at-home training program, teach you the basics, and help you feel really confident and comfortable as we are getting started.  Our training sessions are progressive and offer many different options to meet you where you are and help get you to where you want to go.  We will offer plenty of time for rest and recovery and will stress the importance of proper form and technique so that you don’t get injured.

Am I going to be able to do what is asked of me in the training sessions?

​Yes – absolutely. Mike has been training clients of all different ability levels for over 20 years.  In the training sessions, he will describe how you should be feeling throughout the session and give modifications for all different levels.  We prioritize proper form and technique over anything else, so you will get a ton of coaching in this area to get you great results fast, avoid injury, and provide you the confidence to push harder, knowing exactly how you should feel throughout your training experience.  

Do I need any equipment at home to do the training sessions?

We recommend that you have a dowel (just the end of a broomstick or you can buy this one on Amazon for about $10).  The dowel is a simple tool to create tension and reinforce great posture.  Other than that, the training sessions are designed with the very best piece of equipment that you have - your body weight.  And - you can complete the training sessions in any place where you have just a little bit of space to move.  We’ve tested it in our hallway - works great - plenty of space!

But… I haven’t worked out in years…​

Don’t you worry about a thing… That is what we are here for!!! When you start this training program with us, you will go through our complete onboarding module, which will set you up for success - breaking down some of the common movements that we will do in the training and letting you know how everything is supposed to feel. Our program is progressive - building on previous weeks and giving you modifications every step of the way.  We prioritize form and technique over anything else and will encourage you to rest and hydrate throughout the session.  You’ve got this - we promise!!!

When I join Own Your Health, will I be getting immediate access to all of the lessons and modules?

You’ll be given access to one week at a time (except for the onboarding module) - so that you have ample time to dive into lessons and complete your training before we move on to the next week.  We do this to protect your time, attention, and focus, while sparing you from the intense overwhelm that stops most people in their tracks. Commit to giving us just 20 minutes per week for your lesson and three 45 minute training sessions and you will be good as gold. Trust the process. We will be with you every step of the way.

Will Paige & Mike be available and accessible to answer questions if I get stuck?

YES!  We will be collecting questions and answering them on a bi-weekly LIVE Zoom Q&A. 

Is it really risk free?

How many times per week should I train?

Our training program is incredibly efficient - just three 45-minute training sessions per week is the sweet spot for getting incredible results.  You don’t need to spend your life in the gym to get amazing results - just commit to these three 45-minute sessions per week and you will be good as gold.  Outside of your training sessions, completing some Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) techniques (see the bonus section) or getting out in nature for a nice brisk walk will help your muscles recover from your training sessions.  This will help keep soreness at a minimum and better prepare you for your next training session.

  • Gain clarity and confidence to be in CONTROL of your own health.
  • Establish healthy habits that you can sustain for a lifetime.
  • Gain energy, feel better, gain confidence, reduce pain.
  • Enjoy being more active - ex: hiking, biking, boating, etc.
  • Learn how to nourish yourself better.
  • Do everyday things (like climbing a flight of stairs or walking up-hill) with ease and without becoming winded and/or tired.

  • Feel better about yourself.
  • Lose body fat/weight/inches from your body.
